Job Purpose
• The logistics assistant is responsible to support all logistical operations, including quality control of products, timely preparation of consignments, and assisting with manual activities including hauling, arrangement, cleaning, and movement of goods, as directed by the line manager.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Incoming Quality Checks (IQC) and perform basic troubleshooting of all new products before any distribution. Reports any unusual performance of the tested product for further investigation
• Physical separation, re-packaging, and labeling of items in the warehouse during preparation for deliveries to shops or during offloading the returns.
• Assisting in cleanness, arrangements, and stock-taking at the warehouse as instructed.
• Operate and complete check of working tools/machines (hand pallets forklifts/dolls, ladders, etc.).
• Hauling and arrangement of SHS parts. Also, cleanness and arrangements of repossessed/returned assets; that is SHS and their appliances.
• Receive and process distribution plans of stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship, deliver).
• Usage of database (Paygee) and Mtawi to monitor transports of the products in-transit (forward and reverse).
• Prepare and submit contractor casual labor timesheets.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Subordinates Effectiveness:
• Regular review of the KPIs, performance assessment vs KPIs along with related internal and external reporting.
• Ensure staff understands the context of their roles in relation to Mobisol’s strategy
• Ensure member staff when performing their duties exhibit proper / acceptable behavior.
• Ensure performance consequences are taken into a serious account.
• i.e., recognize best performers and manager poor performers from time to time through both, formal and informal feedback.
• Assess and monitor the training and development needs of the staff members.
• Ensure staff have the resources they require to perform their work
• Lean Management: Ensure 5S is effectively implemented and followed by all team members in Mobisol.

Requirements
• Minimum holder of bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Inventory Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Certification in Inventory Logistics and Management or any other relevant certification in supply chain management including CIPS, CLTD, PSPTB, ASCIM, CSCP, etc. is an added advantage
• At least 3 years of working experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Reliable team player with very good communication skills and a can-do attitude
• Very good computer skills (MS Office); experience with using databases and spreadsheets is required
• Well-organized self-starter with a passion for ENGIE Mobisol and its mission to plug in the world
• Fluency in the CO language and English
• Willingness to travel nationally
Language(s):
• Fluency in Swahili and English languages with excellent verbal communication skills.

Secretary General Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries in collaboration with the Office of the Prime Minister - Work, Youth, Employment and the Disabled welcomes applications from young people to join practical training (Incubation) about the production of fish cages; manufacture of fiberglass boats (fibre boats); fish food production:
aquaculture in cages; breeding sea cocks. fattening stay with seaweed farming; fish processing; production of fish fry as well entrepreneurship that will be funded by the Government.
1. Qualifications of the Applicant
i. The applicant must be a Tanzanian youth of at least ten years of age and eight (18);
ii. He should be qualified in the fields of fishing and aquatic life development or interested in it engaging in fishing and aquatic life development;
iii. Be ready to receive training in designated regions and centers; and
iv. Be ready to be self-sufficient for accommodation and food.
2. Duration of Training: *
Training will be provided by the Government for a period of three (3) months in the Regions of Lake Victoria and Coast region. The available positions for the training are: (300) only.
In addition, the Government will provide an amount of 150,000 shillings/= per participant per month.

Dear Applicant This project provides scholarships to young people in various fields through short courses.
The beneficiary of this scholarship will get classroom training, and general life skills through those fields. This funding will be provided by the following Institutions; VETA, Citizens' Development Colleges of the areas mentioned by SIDO for a period of 3 months.
The applicant will be awarded a certificate once he has fully completed this training. This project is sponsored by KCB Foundation, KCB Group and KCB Bank Tanzania through the 2jijiri program.
The purpose of this project is to improve the skills of young people in various sectors in order to increase their income by building their self-employment capacity in those sectors. Young people who are ready to start their own small businesses or develop the businesses they have will be included in the business development project by getting help on how to start or run those businesses.
It is important to fill this form as accurately as possible so that you can be successful in this application. Only complete applications will be considered.

Applicant Qualifications
- a) Be a citizen of Tanzania by birth.
- b) He must have graduated from the fourth form from 2019 to 2022 aged from 18 to 25 years.
- c) For the applicants from class to fourth, they must have the success of the first class to the fourth (Division I-IV). For applicants with a fourth grade (Division IV) score of 26 to 29.
- d) Those with diploma and diploma level education should be 18 to 29 years old.
- e) Must be at least five feet five inches (5’5″) for men, and five feet two inches (5’2″) for women.
- f) He should have completed the training of the National Building Force (JKT) and the Economic Building Force (JKU) in the Camps and outside the Camps.
- g) Have a national identity card or an identification number from the National Identification Authority (NIDA).
- h) He should be in good physical and mental health certified by a Government doctor.

- k) He should be ready to attend the initial training of the Police profession.
